Some of my favorite days are those when I get to photograph little newborn babes. There really is magic in those first couple of days after birth that I absolutely love to document. The new buzz in the air of excitement and ultimate love of a new parent, and a sleepy cuddly newborn baby. Some of my new parents opt to have their newborn session photographed in their homes. There are only two definite things I need; a blank wall and a well fed baby. I take care of the rest. Ava Marie was photographed in her mommy and daddy’s dining room, which happened to have gorgeous natural light. Before each session, I have a phone consult with my parents to discuss some advice to ensure our session will go smoothly and brainstorm ideas for props and color. I hope you enjoy these photographs!
